It addresses the pronounced double-action to single-action pull weight split common to factory CZ triggers by reducing the gap to approximately 2 lbs. The hammer and sear feature matched Apex-engineered single-action engagement surfaces, so no polishing or stoning is required. Factory firing pin must be retained—do not use an extended firing pin with this kit.

No. The kit is designed for the factory firing pin only. Using an extended firing pin may cause primer drag or unintended discharges. Please keep the factory firing pin installed.
Do I need to polish any parts?
