Standard Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided items are:
- Unused and in original packaging with all components included
- Not an installed part (once installed in a firearm, returns are not accepted for safety reasons)
- Accompanied by the original invoice or order number
Restocking Fee
A 15% restocking fee applies to non-defective returns to cover return shipping, inspection, and repackaging. Shipping fees on the original order are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Defective Parts
If a part is defective out of the box, email [email protected] within 15 days of delivery. We will arrange a prepaid return label and ship a replacement at no additional charge. No restocking fee applies to defective returns.
How to Start a Return
Email [email protected] with your order number and the reason. We respond within one business day with an RMA number and instructions. Do not ship without an RMA — unauthorized returns may be refused.
Refund Timing
Once we receive the return and confirm condition, refunds process to the original payment method within 3-5 business days. Bank processing adds 3-7 additional days before funds appear.
Exchanges
We handle exchanges as return-plus-new-order (two transactions). Ship the original back with an RMA, and we ship the replacement once we receive and inspect the return.
