This steel optic mount solves the mounting interface gap between enclosed-emitter optics (Aimpoint ACRO, Steiner MPS, Lead & Steel PB-3) and the Glock MOS slide footprint. Factory MOS plates introduce stacking tolerances and can shift under recoil or impact. This component replaces the factory MOS plate with a single-piece billet steel adapter, reducing the number of fastener interfaces and providing a rigid, repeatable zero base for duty or competition use.

Will this mount work on a non-MOS Glock slide?

No. This mount is designed specifically for slides with the factory Glock MOS cut. It will not fit standard dovetail or milled-only slides.

Can I use this mount with an RMR or Holosun 407C/507C?

No. The footprint is specific to ACRO/MPS/PB-3. RMR/Holosun 407C/507C/508T use a different footprint and will not align with the screw holes or recoil bosses.

Does this mount raise the optic height compared to a direct mill?

Yes, slightly – approximately 0.060″ to 0.080″ above the slide deck. This is inherent to the MOS system. The mount does not add additional height beyond what the factory MOS plate would provide, but it eliminates the plate-to-slide tolerance stack.
