Apex® Armorer’s Block

This Armorer’s Block is a dedicated frame-support fixture designed to eliminate frame flex and protect critical internal surfaces during detail disassembly, trigger swaps, and sear block work on Glock and S&W M&P polymer-frame pistols. The primary problem it solves is frame distortion: when you drive out pins without proper support, the polymer frame flexes, which can stress trigger-housing pin holes, crack the rear rail module, or damage the trigger mechanism housing. This block locks the frame in a neutral position so you can punch pins without fighting the frame or risking permanent damage.

Install Difficulty

Difficulty: 1/5. No tools required to use the block itself. You will need a standard pin punch set (3/32″ and 1/8″ recommended) and a small mallet for pin removal. Block sets on any flat bench surface.

FAQ

Will this block work with a Glock 43X MOS?

Yes. The 43X/48 platform uses the same frame dimensions as the standard 43. The adjustable bosses accommodate the shorter grip length. Use the 9mm striker side.

Can I use this block with a polymer 80 or aftermarket frame?

It is designed for OEM Glock and M&P frames. Aftermarket frames with non-standard pin spacing or rail geometry may not align with the pre-positioned bosses. Test fit before applying force.

Does this block include the Armorer’s Tray or any tools?

No. This is the block only. The Apex Armorer’s Tray is a separate accessory that attaches to the block for storing pins, springs, and small parts during disassembly.
